My background covers the entire continuum of care including acute care, acute rehabilitation, short-term rehabilitation, and home health. Clinically experienced in the evaluation and intervention of aphasia, cognitive disorders, and metabolic syndromes with a special focus on dysphagia within respiratory compromised adults. I remain a huge advocate for my patients, providing evidenced based interventions and ongoing resources available within the community such as support groups and referrals to other health specialists (Neurologists, Psychologists, Gastroenterologists, Respiratory Consultants, etc). Services also include education and training of family members, and care providers in order to integrate strategies and interventions on a daily basis.
